BERLIN FILTER

Ø 230mm screw-down lid, injection-molded. Fitted with manual air and water bleed valves, a pressure gauge and a side mounted multiport valve. Maximum filtration speed (m3 /h/m2 ) Complies with filtration requirements as per standard EN 16713-1. Sand and glass compatible (see page 188).

PRAGA FILTER

This filter is manufactured with fiberglass and polyester resin.

· Lid of Ø 400 mm.
· Supplied with manual air relief valve and water purge, sand dump port and pressure gauge panel.
· Fitted with collector arms and diffuser made from unplasticized PVC and polypropylene.
· Resistant to salt water.
· It contains newly designed larger and more resistant ABS collector arms. · Filter bed height 1m.
· Maximum temperature: 50º C.

VIC FILTER

Industrial bobbin wound filters with diameters from 1050 mm to 3000 mm, with the corresponding flange connections for different filtration velocities. Replaces the Atenas model. New top cover system with quick closing system 400 x 500 mm opening. The air relief valve is fitted into the cover in order to help eliminate air from the filter. 1½” collector arms injected in ABS at the necessary lengths for each of the filters and without joints. Lengths from 90 mm to 525 mm. A reduced head loss is achieved thanks to the greater diameter of the arms.

OSLA FILTER

high performance vertical bobbin wound filters are manufactured using reinforced polyester with glass fiber, which is completely anti-corrosive, with high mechanical, chemical and thermal resistance. One of its main characteristics is the height of its filtering layer. The higher this is, the better its performance.

RODAS FILTER Ø 1.050 - 1.200

Horizontal Bobbin wound filters are constructed from fiber glass and polyester resin for a maximum working pressure of 2,5 kg/cm2.
 
The production of these filters is controlled by computer and other specifically designed machines with a large degree of flexibility which allows reinforcing at any stage of manufacture. Excellent relation between the filter weight and its mechanical characteristics. Greater filtering capacity and greater efficiency of filtration.

NORMA SAND FILTER

Laminated filter in polyester reinforced with fiberglass (PRFV). Filtration bed can be of single or multilayer. Maximum working pressure 2.5 kg/cm2. Complies with DIN standard 19643/19605. Collector system with nozzle plate (0.5 mm slot).

​ Fitted with sight glass, sand dump port, lateral manhole, pressure gauge and manual air vent and water purge. Top sand charge lid Ø 200 mm and manhole Ø 200 mm or Ø 400 mm according to model type. PVC and PP internal components. A4 bolts and EPDM gaskets.

Options: Interior vinyl ester coating (resistant to ozone concentrations <0.4 ppm) and maximum temperature of 40ºC.

Standard color: Ivory.

DELTA 1200 FILTER

Filter laminated in polyester and fiberglass available in diameters of 650, 800, 1000 and 1200 mm. It has a 1.2-m filter bed and is available with an arm collector system and a plate collector system. Complies with filtration requirements as per standard EN 16713-1.

CLARITY D.E. FILTERS

Diatomaceous earth clarity filters manufactured in polyester and fiberglass. Equipped with manometer, air purge and side manifold valve. Diatomaceous charge not included. Filtration velocity: 4.9 m3/h/m2. The 1 ½'' valve code is 15385, the 2'' code is 15389.
